Our Story: From Dreams to Delicious Crawfish

Founding Year

Crawfish Cowboy was born in February 2022-- originally as a tattoo symbolizing a love for crawfish boils and the spirit of the South. Before the brand took shape, we were cooking crawfish for local fundraisers and friends. The unique idea of blending a crawfish and a cowboy came to life as both a tattoo and a brand identity.

Growing Popularity

What started as backyard boils quickly turned into a buzzworthy name. In our first year, we focused on selling live crawfish to friends, family, and their extended networks, laying the groundwork for something bigger.

Expanding Reach

2023 was a breakthrough year. Crawfish Cowboy began catering larger events, including a special cookout for country artist Zach Bryan and his band. During his New Orleans performance, the band's fiddler player proudly wore Crawfish Cowboy gear on stage, marking a major moment for our brand.

Future Plans

We're just getting started. Crawfish Cowboy is continuing to grow with more pop-up events, an expanded merch line, and a loyal community of crawfish lovers. The future is spicy, and we're ready to serve it up.

Everyone loves Crawfish Cowboy

In 2023, The Crawfish Cowboy had the unforgettable opportunity to cook up a crawfish feast for none other than Zach Bryan. From a backstage boil to the main stage spotlight, one of his band members even rocked our merch during a live show. And if that wasn’t enough, Zach himself tweeted that he “just ate 5 pounds of crawfish” — a proud moment for any crawfish crew.
